Organizer and Vendor Experiences #
VendorHearth provides separate experiences for organizers, staff, and vendors.
Organizers manage events, applications, payments, settings, and other administrative features.
Vendors receive their own Vendor Dashboard where they can manage their business information, submit applications, complete required steps, and access information related to their events.
Vendor Relations and event staff can also be given access to the tools they need without requiring full WordPress Administrator access.
Getting Started #
If this is your first time using VendorHearth Pro, we recommend completing the Getting Started documentation in order.
You’ll begin by confirming that your website meets the system requirements, installing VendorHearth Pro, activating your license, and completing the Setup Wizard.
Once setup is complete, you’ll be ready to create your first event.
