Does VendorHearth work with any WordPress website?
VendorHearth is built specifically for WordPress and gives market organizers the tools they need to manage vendors and events directly from their own website.
Is VendorHearth Free actually free?
Yes. VendorHearth Free is a fully usable vendor-management system designed for smaller markets. You can manage up to 2 active events and 50 active vendors at no cost.
What happens when I upgrade from VendorHearth Free to Pro?
Your existing VendorHearth data stays right where it is. Upgrading to Pro unlocks additional features and removes the Free version’s active event and vendor limits.
Does VendorHearth charge per vendor or transaction?
No. VendorHearth Pro does not charge based on the number of vendors you manage, and VendorHearth does not take a percentage of your vendor payments. Pro is licensed annually.
Do my vendors need access to WordPress Admin?
No. Vendors use the frontend Vendor Portal to access their information and interact with your organization without needing access to your WordPress administration area.
