What happens if I don’t renew?
Your VendorHearth Pro installation will continue to work, and your existing vendor, event, application, and other VendorHearth data will remain in place.
You simply won’t receive future Pro software updates or support until your license is renewed.
Your market doesn’t stop because a license expires—and neither should your vendor system.

Is VendorHearth Free really free?
Yes. VendorHearth Free is free to use and supports up to 2 active events and 50 active vendors.
How much does VendorHearth Pro cost?
VendorHearth Pro is $99 for one year for one WordPress website.
Does my VendorHearth Pro license automatically renew?
No. VendorHearth Pro does not automatically renew. When your license period ends, you can choose whether to renew for another year.
Are there per-vendor fees?
No. VendorHearth does not charge based on the number of vendors you manage.
Does VendorHearth take a percentage of vendor payments?
No. VendorHearth does not take a percentage of the payments you collect. Standard fees charged by your payment processor are separate.
Can I upgrade from Free to Pro later?
Yes. You can start with VendorHearth Free and upgrade whenever you need additional features or outgrow the Free limits. Your existing VendorHearth data remains in place.
