Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

At VendorHearth, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We stand behind VendorHearth Pro and want organizers to have the opportunity to make sure the software works for their needs.

14-Day Refund Policy

VendorHearth Pro purchases are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If you experience a problem with VendorHearth Pro, we encourage you to contact us first. We’ll make a reasonable effort to help troubleshoot the issue and get VendorHearth working properly on your WordPress website.

If VendorHearth Pro does not work as expected or isn’t a suitable solution for your organization, you may request a refund within the 14-day refund period.

When Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds generally will not be provided for:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • Problems caused by unsupported or significantly outdated versions of WordPress, PHP, or other required software.
  • Conflicts caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting configurations, or custom code that VendorHearth cannot reasonably support.
  • Abuse of the refund policy, including repeated purchases and refund requests.
  • Services performed separately from the VendorHearth Pro software license, such as custom development, website design, configuration, or consulting services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

License Renewals

VendorHearth Pro licenses are valid for one year and do not renew automatically.

Customers choose whether to purchase another year of updates and support.

Manual renewal purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal purchase, subject to this policy. We may decline a renewal refund where the renewed license benefits have already been materially used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

What Happens After a Refund?

When a VendorHearth Pro purchase is refunded, the associated license may be deactivated or revoked.

This means the refunded license will no longer provide access to:

  • VendorHearth Pro updates
  • License validation and activation on additional installations
  • Support associated with the refunded license
  • Other services or benefits requiring an active VendorHearth Pro license

Refunding a license does not intentionally delete your WordPress website, events, vendors, applications, or other data.

Any continued use of software already obtained remains subject to the VendorHearth Software License Agreement (EULA) and other applicable terms.

Downloadable Software

VendorHearth Pro is a downloadable digital software product. Downloading or activating the software does not automatically eliminate your eligibility for the 14-day refund policy described above.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or attempts to obtain continued access to paid VendorHearth services without payment.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.

Before Requesting a Refund

Having trouble with VendorHearth?

Please consider contacting us before requesting a refund. Many WordPress issues can be resolved quickly, and we’d like the opportunity to help.
